International Education Corporation (IEC) announced the launch of a new platform in order to attract prospective team members and make the company's hiring process more efficient for job seekers.

Applicants are now able to access and search for open positions for IEC, UEI College and U.S. Colleges by visiting The new site has already connected talented professionals with new career opportunities, and IEC invites individuals who want to grow their career in higher education to explore and apply.

“Our new career portal is simple, easy to use and it's loaded with information about our company and our brands,” says Jackie Pineda, Manager of Talent Acquisition at IEC. “We focused on making the site user-friendly, while maintaining robust functionality on both desktop and mobile devices.”

IEC offers a variety of benefits, including:

  • Employee Stock Ownership Program: Eligible employees earn stock in the company and vests in the program after just one year of employment, accruing company stock annually.

  • Health Insurance: Subsidized health insurance options are available to all eligible employees after 30 days of employment, including medical, dental, and vision.
